新加坡美食之李范南記雞飯

我最喜愛的新加坡美食之一就是海南雞飯. 大部份海南雞食店都主打白切雞, 但係李范南記就以鼓油雞作主打. 試過李范南記的鼓油雞別有一番風味. 肉質幼滑.鼓油汁入味. 其實雞皮最好食全入味! 飯就如一般雞飯店一樣. 但係張雞肉,皮和飯一齊食就令我有滿足感. 我就一個人食咗半隻! 當然最滿足就係一家人一齊食成隻雞啦.
注;間中食D雞皮應該對健康唔會有大影響.均衡飲食,適量運動最重要! 間中也要令自己開心同滿足一番

切記任何海南雞最好就地正法.原汁原味. 要打包的話就大打折扣. 同時新加坡天氣熱,番到屋企或酒店才歎就有機會變壞.

  1. Terrible experience with the waitress.
    One of the waitress constantly digging her ear and serve the food.
    Initially I told the other waitress and they show me a face of not able to comment.
    That waitress walk passed and I voice out to her digging ear issue, she ignored me.
